A: Navigate to the App Store on your iOS device or Google Play on your Android device and search for "Swish Sports". Download, install, and set up a user account with the same name (identical spelling PLEASE) you used for your WPC account.

Q: Why does WPC use Swish Sports app?

A: WPC has found that the Swish Sports app is the easiest way to administer events hosted by the club. 

Q: How do I accept a game invite in Swish?

A:

1) Open the Swish Sports app on your mobile device.

2) View "Invites" on "Your Games" tab.

3) Select "Join Game" followed by "Add New Player". You should now be joined in the game and the game should have moved from "Invites" to "Upcoming". See screenshots below.

Q: How do I register for Windsor Pickleball Club (WPC) events?

A: Click on the "Register" button in the email announcement sent out from Windsor Pickleball Club (WPC) or navigate to the upcoming events on the WPC website on the day the email announcement goes out and register via the WPC website. You can typically only register for WPC events 7 days in advance.

Q: How do I cancel a registration for a WPC event I can no longer attend 😒

A: 

1) Log into your Windsor Pickleball Club account through the Wild Apricot website (instructions assume you're using a computer)

2) On the main page (near the bottom) you should see "Upcoming Events" and events you've registered for will be listed.

3) Select the hyperlink for the event you're trying to cancel

4) Select the "Already Registered" hyperlink in the lower left corner for the event

5) Select the "Cancel Registration" hyperlink to cancel your registration for the event.
