Join us

Membership levels include Individual or Couples residing at the same address. If joining as a Couple, one member needs to join, and them follow the instructions in the email they receive to add the second member to the Bundle.  Players can become members of the Windsor Pickleball Club, LLC by either using the selections below or by downloading and completing the attached Membership Form and signing the Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement.

By joining online, members represent the following: 

I acknowledge and represent that I have read the Waiver of Liability & Hold Harmless Agreement, that I understand it, that I am fully competent to sign it, and that I sign it freely and voluntarily. No representations, statements, or inducements have been made, apart from the foregoing written agreement.
