Windsor Pickleball Club
WPC will host a drilling session every Tuesday from 4-5 pm at the new Highlands Park pickleball courts. The intent of the drilling session is to practice shots you regularly need to execute during a pickleball game. In a one (1) hour drill session typically only 3 or 4 different skills are practiced (with a high number of repetitions) to improve those fundamental skills. For most of us, even advanced players, improvement requires practice. Please read on if you're interested in participating in the drill session.
The first twenty-four (24) people who register will be able to attend the drilling session. This drill session is for all skill levels; beginner to advanced players. A waitlist will be used in the event someone signs up for the drilling session and then has to cancel.
4 players will be assigned to a court based on a combination of skill level AND skills to be practiced during the drill session. A team of instructors will provide drilling ideas and tips if you want/need them, but you're welcome to practice whatever skills you'd like to work on.
You’ll have the opportunity to join open play afterwards and put your new/improved skills to the test if you like. All eight (8) courts are available to WPC members for open play from 5-7 pm every Tuesday at the Highlands Park courts.
